Two sample reports are provided for reference. The format for these reports was developed by the students concerned in consultation with their teacher and will fit in well with most assessment schemes for social relevance projects. Note that reporting of the actual techniques used is kept to a minimum (a synopsis as illustrated in the reports below together with a reference in the bibliography should be sufficient).
